Cooking has always been my passion. 

As a child, my mother's recipe books were on my bedside table!

Growing up, I had many opportunities to cook, and it never left me.

I've been cooking for years... 

A bistro-style kitchen for my parents, my four children, my grandchildren, my friends, my friends' friends and people from all over the world...

After various experiences with restaurateurs and caterers, I decided to become a cook.

I'm talking about the cook, as she existed in the great families and is at the origin of French gastronomy. 

 The cook who prepares dishes that leave you with a taste of "little madeleines".

I draw my inspiration from the know-how of Mothers like Eugénie Brazier - a cook in the noblest sense of the word, who was also Paul Bocuse's apprentice master.

The definition of my job even comes close to "Nourishing cook as defined by Gille Daveau.

Indeed, nourishing cuisine is a culinary approach that favors simplicity, efficiency and self-reliance, focusing on the preparation of healthy, sustainable meals adapted to everyday needs, rather than on gastronomic competition or dish exclusivity.

I'm committed to keeping alive the tradition of authentic, generous French cuisine, like that of these Mothers.

I like to create healthy, tasty, inventive cuisine that's rich in local produce.

My aim is to share my passion with you and offer you unforgettable gourmet moments. 

I'm a cook... always have been!

This passion has become my profession. 

The business of home cooking was born and bred.

 Basically, I'm a consultant in CSR strategy and sustainable development.

Social and environmental responsibility has been the cornerstone of all my activities for 25 years.

And, of course, I transpose the strong values of CSR to Cuisine la Pérégrine.

Cuisine la Pérégrine is the perfect synergy of everything that drives me:

So, combining my interest in fresh, local food with my passion for hiking, I created "Cuisine la Pérégrine" in 2022 and became a traveling cook.

I come to you, all over Normandy, with flavours that awaken the senses and warm the heart.
