Retour sur l atelier « Cuisinez la Normandie » , début novembre sur le territoire de Carentan- les -Marais ; belle initiative de Sophie et 3 productrices partenaires .J’ai beaucoup apprécié le concept .De plus, Sophie fédère la convivialité entre les participants de tous âges et tous horizons . Son enthousiasme a rendu ce moment de pratique culinaire très agréable et le temps du repas partagé fut un moment chaleureux également . L’ ‘événement « Cuisinez la Normandie » , un événement à ne pas manquer ! Merci Sophie et bonne continuation .

I was lucky enough to have Sophie by my side on my very first yoga dance weekend getaway, and it was a real coup de coeur. Her cuisine is generous, gourmet, tasty, high quality and full of life, just like her! Don't hesitate to call on her and put your trust in her!I hope I'll have her by my side for all future escapades!

We enjoyed a great home-cooked meal prepared by Sophie.

After asking us what we would like to eat (choice of meat/fish etc.), she arrived with all the equipment needed to prepare her meal, including raw materials purchased from local producers.

It's been a great eveningI can't recommend this concept highly enough to enjoy a meal like at a restaurant but at home 😄.

from september 12 to 18, 2022, we were at the domaine de la boderie in the orne region, for a hiking trip! It was a small group of 12 people, and we were lucky enough to have SOPHIE as our itinerant cook, so we were treated to all the good local produce.SOPHIE's cooking is simple, but inventive and creative, with flavor, which is what we're looking for. We had a great time, it was a party 🥳 🥳 every night, she's as generous as her cooking, and I'm pretty good in the kitchen myself, so our discussions were very enriching! Family meal at 10

Sophie delighted our taste buds and our culinary curiosity with the 3 dishes she concocted at lunchtime.

For starters, we chose a salad of raw vegetables (carrots and red cabbage) topped with honey and raisins.

Then we feasted on the magnificent farmhouse chicken with lemon confit!

Then end of meal all en light, delicate apple tarts.

Everything was prepared by Sophie in the morning, using local produce she had brought along.

While Sophie was in the oven, I was able to take a nice walk by the sea with my family, who had come to spend the weekend in La Manche.

Before the meal, it was fun to listen to Sophie's explanations, then try to identify all the flavors and aromas associated with each dish.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sophie La Pérégrine at an Au Silence du Temps workshop.

I enjoyed his healthy, tasty, inventive and local cuisine. When passion meets ethics, it's a real success!

But more than that, I enjoyed meeting Sophie, part of the team.ager moments with her, simply and authentically.

I heartily recommend inviting Sophie into your kitchen: she's a ray of sunshine on our plates!
